ENTRÉES
BEEF SHORT RIBS
INSTRUCTIONS: Short ribs have been fully cooked. Remove lid from the pan and heat in a 350°F oven for 25 minutes or until hot (thermometer inserted in center of meat reads 150°).
DIETARY: gluten free, dairy free.
BUTTERNUT SQUASH LASAGNA
INSTRUCTIONS: Lasagna has been fully cooked and frozen. Place provided container on cookie sheet and heat in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until hot (cheese should be bubbly and golden, but not brown).
DIETARY: vegetarian.
CHICKEN POT PIE
INSTRUCTIONS: Pot pie has been fully cooked and is frozen. Place the aluminum pan with pie in it on a cookie sheet and cover loosely with foil. Heat in a 350°F oven for around an hour or until hot (thermometer inserted in center reads 165°).
DIETARY: dairy free, contains gluten and soy.
GREEN CHILE GOAT CHEESE STUFFED CHICKEN
INSTRUCTIONS: Chicken has been fully cooked and is frozen. Leave cover on and place in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until heated through (thermometer inserted in center reads 165°).
DIETARY: gluten free.
RIBEYE STEAK
INSTRUCTIONS: Ribeye has already been cooked to rare. Remove from packaging on put on oven–safe pan, butter side up. Roast at 350°F for 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into center of steak reaches desired temperature (rare 120° | med rare 135° | medium 145° | med well 150° | well 160°). Allow to rest for 10 minutes, slice in ½” slices, and serve.

ROOT VEGETABLE POT PIE
INSTRUCTIONS: Pot pie has been fully cooked and is frozen. Place the aluminum pan with pie in it on a cookie sheet and cover loosely with foil. Heat in a 350°F oven for around an hour or until hot (thermometer inserted in center reads 165°).

WHOLE ROASTED CHICKEN
INSTRUCTIONS: Chicken has been fully cooked. Gently lift lid from pan and add ½ cup of chicken stock, vegetable stock or water to contents. Re-close lid tightly and cook in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and set aside, pour out liquid and dry the pan with a paper towel. Add 1 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil to pan, place chicken back in, breast side up, and put pan back in oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the process, aiming to crisp the skin without overcooking the chicken. Remove from oven, carve into quarters or individual parts, and serve.

BACON POBLANO CORNBREAD STUFFING
INSTRUCTIONS: Stuffing has been fully cooked and is frozen. Remove lid from pan and put in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until hot.

BALSAMIC ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
INSTRUCTIONS: Brussels sprouts have been fully cooked and are frozen. Remove lid from pan and put in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes or until hot.

FRESHLY HOUSEBAKED BREAD
INSTRUCTIONS: While oven is preheating, put butter on counter to soften. Place pan in a 350°F oven for around 8 minutes or until warmed through.
DIETARY: vegetarian, contains gluten and dairy.
GARDEN FRESH GREEN BEANS
INSTRUCTIONS: Green beans have been fully cooked and are frozen. Remove lid from pan and put in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes or until hot.

GASTRO PUB MASHED POTATOES
INSTRUCTIONS: Potatoes have been fully cooked and are frozen. Remove lid from pan put in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until hot.

INSTRUCTIONS: Potatoes have been fully cooked and are frozen. Remove lid from pan and put in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes or until hot.

INSTRUCTIONS: Mac and cheese has been fully cooked and is frozen. Remove lid from pan and put in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until hot (cheese should be bubbly and golden, but not brown).

CARAMEL APPLE PIE
INSTRUCTIONS: Pie is fully cooked and frozen. Remove any plastic from pie and place in 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until warmed through.

CHOCOLATE BOURBON PECAN PIE
INSTRUCTIONS: Pie is fully cooked. You can serve the pie cold, or if you prefer it at room temperature, set out on counter while cooking and eating dinner, then slice and serve.

PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE PIE

HORS D’OEUVRE
