How do I participate in the Broomfield Pop Up event, A New Take on Takeout?

To join the Broomfield Pop Up event benefitting A Precious Child, follow these easy instructions:

  1. Add your selected items to your cart.
  2. At checkout, enter the coupon code NEWTAKE20, opt to Pick Up your order, and choose the date 12/22/20 as your pick up date.

Your order will be available for pick up between 1:30-4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22. The pick up location is Discovery Church, 2605 W 144th Ave in Broomfield.

How is the food prepared and packaged? 

All items are fully cooked before being packaged in containers selected for their ingredients. Items requiring heating come in aluminum tins, and sauces and such come in recyclable plastic deli containers. Some items arrive frozen, while others are refrigerated, depending on how our chef determined they will best preserve quality for your home meal. To avoid waste, serveware like plates and forks are not included; drop a note in your order comment box, and we’re happy to add these items. 

Where will I find dietary information about the menu items?

Each item in the store lists the most common dietary information, including whether an item is gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, or vegan, and whether it contains nuts or shellfish. The Dietary Information page contains more detailed information about ingredients. We know there as many allergies and food sensitivities as there are menu ingredients. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. 

Can I customize my order? 

As a full-service caterer, we love to say yes to any customer request. But these are extraordinary times, and we are working very hard to standardize and control our offering in order to manage our operation efficiently. So, the only circumstance in which we’ll be able to accommodate a custom order is when it’s something we’re producing for you in volume, or if your request happens to coincide with something we’re already doing for another client. Please feel free to ask, and please understand if we have to decline your request. 

How are deliveries and pick ups handled? 

Deliveries and Pick Ups are completed on Tuesdays and Fridays each week. The guidelines are listed below. If you would like to request alternate arrangements, please call us at (303) 789-1867 or e-mail orders@occasionsdenver.com. We will try to accommodate you within our limited resources. 

DELIVERIES Delivery is available within a 15 mile radius of Occasions Catering, determined by zip code. Orders from outside this radius are available for pick up. There are two delivery zones: deliveries within 10 miles are $25, and the outer ring is $40. Deliveries are completed between 1:00 and 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled day. Our team will text or call upon arrival, and we hope you’ll be present during that window in order to protect food quality. 

PICK UPS We invite you to pick up your order between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at our kitchens, 1789 W Warren Ave, Englewood, CO 80110. When you arrive, please call the number posted on our front door, and we will deliver your order to your vehicle.
